City Theatre

City Theatre is located on Pittsburgh’s historic South Side, a neighborhood packed with artists’ studios, printing and design firms, independent public radio, music venues, boutiques, and eclectic dining and nightlife. A cool urban experience, the neighborhood has the edge of the East Village, the creative class of Wicker Park, and the hills of Silver Lake. Plan a date on the South Side and enjoy bold, new theatre on City Theatre’s two stages: the 254-seat Mainstage and the 112-seat Hamburg Studio. For pre-show mingling, City Theatre’s Gordon Lounge, located in the lobby, opens one hour before showtime for coffee, cocktails, sweets, and snacks.
